The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions to tourist destinations.
The temperature in my room was difficult to control, and it remained at a warm 26 degrees Celsius. This made sleeping difficult.

the rooms are elegant and offer a great blend of comfort. each detail is thoughtfully designed. the staff greeted me with a warm smile and helped with any request.
the hotel felt a bit overpriced , considering it's one of the few kosher options available.
